Irish v Knights

Sports photography is so exciting.
The adrenaline flowing on the pitch, was definitely contagious.
Loved it.
Great game. Even if we lost.

"I never could do that." " 's easy."

This movie is keeping me sane.
This movie, right now, is my very own Tiffany's.

"You know those days when you get the mean reds?"
"The mean reds, you mean like the blues?"
"No. The blues are because you're getting fat and maybe it's been raining too long, you're just sad that's all. The mean reds are horrible. Suddenly you're afraid and you don't know what you're afraid of. Do you ever get that feeling?"
"Sure."
"Well, when I get it the only thing that does any good is to jump in a cab and go to Tiffany's. Calms me down right away. The quietness and the proud look of it; nothing very bad could happen to you there. If I could find a real-life place that'd make me feel like Tiffany's, then - then I'd buy some furniture and give the cat a name!"

"Sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." - Lewis Carrol

I adore breakfast.
I adore England.
Breakfasts in England are so indulgent.
Nothing like a crispy slice of wholemeal bread, crammed with seeds, spread with some milky, soft butter and some chilly, zesty orange marmalade straight out of the fridge.
And the hottest, most comforting cup of strong tea.
I could live off breakfasts like these.
They're like hugs.

Ho sentito suoni, ho sentito odori di ogni genere, ho percepito luci strane, ho sentito sapori.
E ho sorriso. Persino riso.
Perchè la vita si affronta così: sentendo, fino all'eccesso, e sorridendo.

Ivy.

On my velvet couch reclining,
Ivy leaves my brow entwining,
While my soul expands with glee, What are kings and crowns to me?
-Thomas Moore

A Magnolia Tree.

A sensitive plant in a garden grew,
And the young winds fed it with silver dew,
And it opened its fan-like leaves to the light,
and closed them beneath the kisses of night.
Percy Bysshe Shelley-The Sensitive Plant

Graveyard.

Boy, when you're dead, they really fix you up. I hope to hell when I do die somebody has sense enough to just dump me in the river or something. Anything except sticking me in a goddam cemetery. People coming and putting a bunch of flowers on your stomach on Sunday, and all that crap. Who wants flowers when you're dead? Nobody. ~J.D. Salinger-The Catcher in the Rye
